He was so patient with her, and always took time to make sure I understood what his plan was for her, what new meds were added, and anything else that was new. Her recovery was slow, but she is living independently again. His greatest asset is the time he spends with his patients and families.

Enjoy a coffee or warm towel for your hands while you wait which wasn't long at all, I was back in no time. The nurse practitioner I saw was very personal and informative. She made me feel very comfortable-like a person not a number. That's why I like this size office and the location is easily accessible with no crowded parking garages🤗. "The entire experience was great, from reception, check in, the office manager, the NP/PA, phlebotomist and of course Dr. Sarfraz Aly. Excellent bedside manner, listens to the patient and give several options for treatment. The environment is clean and tidy, they have a fancy coffee machine while waiting. Kudos to all the office staff."

"Doctor Aly has been my infectious disease doctor since 2015 and he is wonderful, The best specialist, I have seen in my entire life. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes it his concern. He is very caring, compassionate and shows empathy for his patients. (Chef’s kiss as a non verbal expression to describe his care, since he caters to his patients needs) There was a point where I didn’t have a primary care provider and he referred me to his brother Salman. Since then, they are my 2 main providers that I trust in the Sugar Land Area. Everyone that works with him either inside the office or outside, is very professional.."
